EFT - Electronic Fund Transfer - (Export File)

This text-based file lists the required bank account information and transaction amounts required to pay your employees electronically. The data in this file is generated from the settings found in both the Current Payroll - EFT screen (for the company's debiting bank account), and the Employee - Bank Accounts screen (for each employee's bank account).

The file is formatted using the Canadian Payment Association's standard format and is created with an .EFT extension. Though the file can be read using a standard text editing program, it does not contain any useful formatting for visual review.
