eNETInbox - Administrator Help Page

Use this page to learn about the various features in eNETInbox. Note: This instructions on this help page are for administrator accounts. If you are a staff member with employee-only privileges, please click here.

Refresh

Refresh - Use this button to reload the web page. Choosing this option will discard any unsaved changes and will reload the page using the most recent information that was saved in the database.

Delete

Delete - Use this button to remove any row(s) that are highlighted. When you select the button, you are prompted to make sure you want to delete the items (as the action cannot be undone).

Options

Options - This button can be used to define options that will affect the current user's account. This includes email notifications, theme display, password reset and more. Note: Administrators have additional options that affect all employee accounts.

Bulletin Board

This button allows you to work with the program's Bulletin Board feature. The Bulletin Board allows your company to share important documents with all staff. The list of options are as follows:

Upload - Choose this button to upload a document or file to the Bulletin Board. When this button is selected, the File Upload dialog box will appear so that you can choose the file to be added. You can then use the dialog box's Open button to complete the upload procedure. Once uploaded, the name of the file will appear in the table, along with the date and time it was uploaded.

The table in the center of the window display the names of each file that currently resides in the Bulletin Board. To select a file for viewing or removal, simply click on its name.

Employer

Employer - Select this button to open the eNETEmployer program. Administrators are provided with all of the options and modules that are available for their user account. Choosing this option is equivalent to logging into the eNETEmployer program.

Admin Tools

Use this button to gain access to a number of administrative tools that can enhance your work with eNETInbox. When the button is selected, a section of the screen is expanded so that you can work with the additional features.

Upload User Inbox File - Use the buttons in this section to manually upload a file to eNETInbox. This can be a file that contains report data of different varieties, provided it conforms to eNETInbox's pre-defined format. Note: GrandMaster software users will not use this feature since the Upload procedure is already built-in to their respective software titles.

Export - Use the icons in this section to export your table data to a number of popular file formats. This can be useful if you wish to print the data for a large number of rows, or if you wish to further manipulate the data for reporting purposes. Choose the desired icon (Excel Spreadsheet, Adobe PDF or Comma-Delimited CSV) to export the data and create the corresponding file type. Depending on your browser settings, the resulting file will either be stored in your Downloads folder or you may be presented with a dialog box that will prompt you where to save the file before viewing.

<User> Options

Available by right-clicking on any row in the table, this window is used by an Administrator to control options for the selected employee. This includes email notifications, theme display, password reset and more. Note: As mentioned above, this window is accessed by right-clicking your mouse on the highlighted row and choosing the User Options command from the popup menu.

Logout

Logout - Select this button to exit the program.
