Ordering
Methods

E-Mail, Fax or Regular Mail
To place an order by E-Mail, Fax or regular
mail, enter your company's requirements along
with your complete contact information. A CPS
Sales representative will contact you directly
upon receiving your submission.
- Phone
You can place your order by phone on
Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm
Central Time. Please have your complete shipping
address, contact information and payment method
on hand when placing your call.
- Purchase
Orders
We accept purchase orders from qualified
government, corporate, and educational institutions.
Such orders are terms Net 30 and subject to
approval. Please contact our Sales
Department to make sure that you qualify
before sending us a purchase order.
Payment
Methods
We
accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit
cards. Credit card payments will enable us to
process your order more quickly. We also accept
cheques and money orders (payable to Canadian
Payroll Systems Inc.).
Shipping
Information
Orders
received before 12:00 PM Central Time are processed
and shipped out the same day. Please allow 2 business
days for delivery. If you need the product sooner,
please advise the Sales Department when you place
your order.
