Reporting:

eNETVista has a robust suite of standard reports to meet the needs of most users. Third Party Remittance Processing

eNETVista's Third-Party Remittance processing is an effecective method of accruing and managing payments from the Payroll component to those third-party payees for which deductions were taken during the payroll run-such as taxes, wage attachments, garnishments, levies, plus benefit and insurance providers, to name a few. This component gives the user full control over who is paid, how often, and what amount. eNETVista enables this easy processing while easing the burden on Accounts Payable to process these time sensitive payments. These services include Optional Canadian Tax Filing Service including depositing all payroll taxes timely, completion of all Federal, Provincial State and U.S. local tax reports and full year-end processing.

e-Assist:

The eNETVista e-Assistant is a middleware component of eNETVista. It provides an array of automated services, including task scheduling, system account and email directory management, and workflow processing, to extend eNETVista's functionality. As such, it becomes the link between eNETVista and the back-office, enabling companies to truly automate and integrate their administrative and workflow processes.

Events such as new hires, transfers, terminations, reviews, status changes, pay changes, etc. can be initiated, passed along to others for approval, and then processed without taking up time and processing power on a user's workstation. For any organization, consistency in its processes and treatment related to employees ensures compliance and diminishes risk. Workflow consistently applied across the organization accomplishes that.

Workflow Processing:

As is the case in many of the eNETEmployer services, eNETVista workflow component allows flow information with or without related documents to be passed around to different users in an pre-ordered fashion, with optional requirements for input and decisions at each step, allowing for flow changes based on the input. Users are notified of flows via the eNETVista browser and by email.

eNETVista includes a middle tier service, e-Assistant, that facilitates the flow of activity between requests and approvals. This service provides an array of services including task scheduling, system account and email directory management, and workflow processing to extend eNETVista's HR functionality.

One of the schedulable task types can be a flow. Moreover, attachments, other information, and email addressees that might need to be part of an initiated flow can be attached by e-Assistant.

Job and Position Management:

eNETVista allows you to manage your organization not just from the perspective of employees, but also from jobs or positions. You are able to quickly view and modify job/position information, making today's human resources manager more effective.

A wide variety of job and position data can be tracked, including qualifications, applicants, complete position history, dates, and budgetary requirements. Based on internal and external dates you select, job postings can be automatically selected and displayed on company intranets or your corporate web site.

Viewing the organization from a hierarchal perspective also allows uniformity in security templates, workflow management, and directory services. Workflow routing can be dependent on the job/position so that even during change or reorganizations the approval process runs smoothly.

Organizational Chart Reporting:

eNETVista integrates with the leading Organization Charting software tools, such as our partners, Human Concepts and TimeVision. Information on your organization that is stored in the Vista database can be easily exported into various formats. Because eNETVista's structure includes the reporting relationships in your company, you can create up-to-date organizational charts quickly and easily and publish them across your enterprise.

Position Control:

Vista EasyAsk translates your question to the programming language your computer requires to access the Vista database and formats the result to your specification.EasyAsk can provide information in a variety of formats including:
